About Intelligence Distribution

Founded on the principle that every exceptional property deserves a complete record.

Our Foundation

Intelligence Distribution emerged from a simple observation: the most significant properties in our communities often lack comprehensive documentation of their history, character, and value. We exist to change that.

Our approach combines traditional archival research with modern documentation methods, creating property dossiers that serve as both historical record and practical resource for current and future owners.

Daniel Flugger, Founder

Daniel brings two decades of experience in architectural research and property documentation to Intelligence Distribution. His background spans historic preservation, municipal planning, and private estate management.

Before founding Intelligence Distribution, Daniel served as Senior Research Archivist at the Municipal Archives, where he developed systematic approaches to property documentation that now form the foundation of our methodology.

Daniel holds a Master's degree in Urban Planning from Columbia University and is a certified member of the Society of American Archivists. He maintains active research affiliations with the New York Historical Society and the Municipal Art Society.

Our Workshop Heritage

Intelligence Distribution operates from a restored 1920s workshop in Brooklyn Heights, where traditional craftsmanship meets contemporary research methods. Our space reflects our commitment to preserving the past while serving the present.

The workshop houses our research library, digital archives, and client consultation spaces. Every element has been carefully chosen to support our mission of creating lasting, institutional-quality property records.

Our Commitment

We limit our engagements to ensure each property receives the attention it deserves. This selective approach allows us to maintain the highest standards of research and presentation while building lasting relationships with our clients.

Every dossier we create is designed to serve not just current owners, but future generations who will inherit these exceptional properties. We see ourselves as stewards of architectural and cultural heritage.

Recognition

Our work has been recognized by the American Institute of Architects, the National Trust for Historic Preservation, and the International Association of Property Documentation Specialists.

We maintain research partnerships with leading institutions including the New York Public Library, the Brooklyn Historical Society, and the Municipal Archives of New York City.
