1. Our promise

Privacy is the point of what we do. We hold the details of your residence in confidence, and we share nothing without your direction. We never sell your personal information.

2. What we collect

• Contact details you give us, such as your name and email.
• The details and photographs of your residence and its contents that you choose to provide.
• Payment information, processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number.
• Basic usage data from the site, such as pages viewed, used to keep the site working.

3. How we use it

We use your information to prepare your Score, Assessment, or Record and your private dashboard, to communicate with you, to process payment, and to operate and secure the platform.

4. Who can see it

We share your information only with the service providers who help us run the platform, and only as needed: Stripe for payment, Brevo for email, and Google Cloud and Directus for secure hosting and processing. They act on our behalf and are bound to protect it. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share the identifying details of your residence with anyone without your direction.

5. De identified information

We may use de identified and aggregated information, in a form that does not identify you or your residence, to develop and improve our services and our reference corpus.

6. How we protect it

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. The identifying details of your residence are held in confidence, and access is limited to those who need it.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your information while your engagement or platform is active, and for as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires. You may ask us to delete it, subject to any records we are required to keep.

8. Your choices

You may ask to see, correct, or delete your information. If you are a resident of California, the European Union, or the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights, including the rights to access and to delete, and we honor them where they apply. We do not sell personal information.

9. Children

The services are not directed to anyone under eighteen, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy, and changes take effect when posted. Reach us by appointment through the site for any privacy question.
