A dated record of what your residence is.
Every room measured and scanned in person: finishes, systems, improvements, what the building allows, and who made what. Private, and yours to keep.

The Plan
A written plan before anything is purchased.
The floor informs the millwork. The light is considered before the furniture arrives. The Plan gives you that sequence: what belongs, in what order, and why. Room by room, each piece named with the reason it belongs and a retail estimate. Take it to your architect, your designer, your contractor, or to us.

How it works
Four steps. One visit.

Request.
We call within two business days. The invoice follows, and the visit is scheduled once it is paid. The Record is issued to the owner of record: the individual or entity named on the title, mortgage, or occupancy records. It can be requested on an owner's behalf.

One onsite visit.
We come to the residence, measure and scan every room, and review your project with you on site for as long as it takes. The owner or a representative is present.

We write it.
Every room measured, every piece recorded, then the plan in sequence.

Your Record is delivered.
Within 10 business days of the visit. Private, dated, and yours to keep.

The Record is $7,500, invoiced before the visit is scheduled. Fees are non-refundable. Anything in your Record that proves wrong, we correct free. Each visit takes about half a day, so dates are booked by inquiry.
