You are asked for contractor and vendor recommendations you cannot fully stand behind. The dossier is a credible, vendor-neutral option that serves your residents and your professional standing simultaneously. One signed building-level relationship gives the dossier credibility across fifty to two hundred residents. We register; you manage.
