The engagements

Two questions, two engagements.

The Assessment says what the residence needs and what it costs, at $2,500. The Record says what to put in it, at $7,500. They answer different questions, and which one is right depends on where you are.

Neither engagement includes the execution. We do not order and we do not manage the work, so nothing in either plan depends on what you buy or who you buy it from. We run a separate design and build practice, contracted separately, entered only if you ask for it.

Not sure which one.

Call and say where you are with the residence. It takes two minutes to work out which engagement answers your question, and sometimes the answer is neither yet.
