How it works

Purchase the Record.
The Record is issued to the owner of record: the individual or entity named on the title, mortgage, or occupancy documents. It may be purchased on behalf of an owner who wishes to retain privacy.

One onsite visit.
Up to two hours at the property. The owner or their designated representative must be present and able to relay the priorities and intentions for the residence.

IDist documents everything.
Every room, every item, every system, every building constraint. A complete verified record and design roadmap, produced by a practice with fifteen years behind it.

Your Record is delivered.
The permanent Record and one year of Active Membership — AI assistance, annual reports, and design recommendations. Renewal at $1,500/year.
