How the work happens.

One visit, a written plan, and a residence you build from it at whatever pace suits you.

• You ask, and we are in touch within two business days to confirm a date.
• The invoice follows once the visit is set, payable in full before we come.
• We walk the residence with you, or with someone you trust who can make decisions.
• The plan is delivered one week from the visit, with a call to walk it.

On the day

Someone has to be there.

The plan starts with what you actually want, so the visit needs you or someone you trust who can answer for the residence. It is the one thing we cannot do without.

Afterward

It is yours.

Take the plan to your own architect, designer, or contractor and execute it yourself. Take it to us and we run the project and the ordering under a separate engagement. Or take one section and leave the rest.

Which engagement.

The Assessment says what the residence needs and what it costs, at $2,500. The Record says what to put in it, at $7,500.
