Why This Exists

Most of our clients came to us too late — after the renovation was finished, after the contractor had made the decisions, after the custom work had no record. A property dossier is not about documentation for its own sake. It is about control: over your tax position, your insurance coverage, your estate, and your eventual sale. The owners who document early are the ones who negotiate from a position of knowledge. Everyone else is guessing.

Yes. The scan requires access to all rooms and storage areas.

Is my address kept private?

Yes. We do not publish addresses, building names, or any identifying information about engagements.

Can I purchase a dossier as a buyer before closing?

Yes. We work with buyer's brokers directly. Contact us to discuss timing.

What if I want to cancel?

Cancel any time before the scan for a full refund of the deposit.
