Penthouse, Midtown

A penthouse in Midtown, dated 2019. The Record covers eight rooms and 71 items and lists $295,300 in improvements.

Among them: custom millwork for the kitchen and wet bar ($74,200), and beds and bedroom upholstery ($41,800).

One is built into the residence and the other can move with its owner. Together they show how a residence is made: some work is built in, some is made to be moved, and a plan has to account for both.
