For building managers, developers, architects, and brokers

A building where every unit has a documented interior program is a different building to sell.

We work with building managers and developers on full building packages. A building of one hundred units where each owner has a Record is a building where the managing agent can answer questions, alteration agreements are enforced from documentation rather than memory, and units are genuinely distinguishable. We also work with architects, designers, and brokers who want to offer documentation to their clients. These are custom engagements. Contact us for package pricing.

Who is the Record for?

Owners of residential property who want to know what they own, what it will accept, and what to do next. Owners in contract who want to understand what they are buying before they close. Owners mid-renovation who feel like something is wrong. Owners thinking about selling who want the home documented first.

Who is it not for?

Renters. Active construction disputes. Owners whose only question is the price. Cosmetic house flippers. If any of these is your situation, the Record is not the right product and we would rather tell you now.

Do I have to work with you on anything else?

No. The Record stands on its own. Many owners use it and proceed with their own designer, contractor, or no one at all.

Can it be purchased before I close on a property?

Yes. Purchasing the Record while in contract is one of the highest-value uses of it. You close knowing exactly what the property will and will not accept.

Is there a discount or a payment plan?

No. $7,500 is the price. The annual renewal is $1,500.

What happens after I fill out the form?

A real person responds within one business day. We schedule a brief call to confirm the property and the scope. We schedule the on-site visit. We begin. No automated onboarding. No account creation before we talk.

No automated reply. A real conversation.
