Provenance Certifications

For marquee items: maker community impact, material provenance (quarry, slab number, batch), custom attribution, restoration and conservation history. The residential equivalent of the certificate of provenance the art world has had for centuries — applied to a signature New York residence.

Photographs at the install moment. Receipts at the time of purchase. The maker at the bench. The slab at the quarry. The defensible image trail that distinguishes verified inventory from staging photography.

Furnished Valuation Snapshot

A professionally assessed snapshot of furnishings and contents value, by category and by item. Supports estate planning, insurance scheduling, and pre-sale positioning.

The Activity Panel

A private dashboard showing who has viewed your dossier, what they asked, what they reviewed, and how long they stayed. Generate access keys for your CPA, attorney, insurer, or a prospective buyer. Revoke any key at any time. Nobody but you sees engagement data on your dossier.

The Completeness Score

A visible 0–100 score reflecting how completely your dossier is filled in. Money-shaped prompts at incomplete spots — add the kitchen receipt and unlock more ST-124 substantiation; add the install photo and close the insurance gap — convert each addition into concrete financial value.

A permanent, non-indexed URL for your dossier. Shareable only with people you choose. Never public. Transferable with the property at sale.
