We have made these for private clients for years.
Our clients have always wanted one thing at the end of a project, a record of every maker, vendor, artist, and small business behind their home. The Record is that, made rigorous and defensible. It is not pretty photographs. Each one draws on years of looking, more than 5,000 makers evaluated in person at the Armory shows, at ICFF, and at the design and art fairs of Europe, a physical library of furniture and art built over those years, and our own work published in Architectural Digest and Elle Decor. It takes time, judgment, and care to do one well, and that is the point.

We mark up nothing and lock you into no one. No designer or architect in New York publishes a price. We do. The Record is yours, to use with whichever firms you choose, or with us.
When you are ready to build.
The Record gives you the plan and the high level recommendations. When you want them executed, our design and build is available monthly, for select projects. Optional, never required, the plan is yours either way.
Our assurance
The Record is built to surface more than it costs. You have two years to see it. If it has not shown more in unrecorded basis and uninsured value than you paid, your renewals are waived.
